Aaron Michael Kapp, 25, of Ramsey, was arrested in Anoka Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Hannah Lenore Mills, 27, of Ham Lake, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - pharmaceutical drug violations. Karla Susan Meredith, 35, of Kewaunee, WI, - charge of 3rd degree DWI.

There were 5 arrests - DWI, 2 underage consumption arrests, 3 school bus stop arm violations & 185 tickets - miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
