Oct. 25: Matthew John Koivisto, 33, no permanent address, was arrested in St. Michael - charges of fleeing law enforcement & theft. Victoria Lynn Prince-Esmond, 38, of Buffalo, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant for 3rd degree sale of controlled substance violation. Angela Ann Ostwald, 49, of Monticello, was arrested in Polk Co. - Wright Co. warrant for terroristic threat violations.

Oct. 26: Joshua Harley Thompson, 34, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 3rd degree DWI test refusal. Derek James Painschab, 30, of Buffalo, was arrested in Waverly - charge of introduction of contraband into jail. Eric Robert Scott, 40, of Annandale, was arrested in Annandale - Sherburne Co. warrant for driver’s license violations.

Oct. 27: Lester Buckie Mondeth, 24, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Washington Co. - Wright Co. warrant for driving after revocation violations. Edward Anthony Minerich, 42, of Duluth, was arrested in Sherburne Co. - Wright Co. warrant for 3rd degree DWI violations. Kenneth Ray Beckett, 44, of Albertville, was arrested in Otsego - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Alexander John Odegaard, 34, of Otsego, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant for possession of pornographic work violations. Diego Hernandez Chavez, 43, of Annandale, was arrested in Annandale - charge of domestic assault.

Oct. 28: Christopher Quinn Brenny, 53, of Montrose, was arrested in Montrose - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Andrew John Heitzman, 36, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant for violation of harassment restraining order. Shawn Michael Angevine, 21, of Randall, was arrested in Morrison Co. - Wright Co. warrant for drug violations. Joseph Manasseh Johnson, 27, of Minneapolis, was arrested Anoka Co. - Wright Co. warrant for theft violations.

Oct. 29: Javier Mata, 39, of Portage, IN, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 3rd degree DWI refusal to test. Nicholas Robert Adney, 38, of San Antonio, TX, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant for 1st degree criminal sexual conduct. Bobby Thornton, 43, of St. Paul, was arrested in Washington Co. - Wright Co. warrant for receiving stolen property violations. Turner Ray Quilling, 27, of Otsego, was arrested in Otsego - Wright Co. warrant for 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Pathoumma Morris, 49, of Eau Claire, WI, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of 2nd degree DWI & Crow Wing Co. warrant - theft by swindle. Shai Trouble Kerzel Edwards, 28, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 5th degree assault. Danielle Raney Ford, 31, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrant for violation of domestic abuse no contact order.

Oct. 30: Javier Rubio, 34, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 2nd degree DWI. Troy Duane Engels, 55, of Monticello, was arrested in Otsego - charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. Kimberly Anne Duffney, 32, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrants for 1st degree criminal damage to property, 5th degree possession of controlled substance, theft & disorderly conduct, McLeod Co. warrant for tampering with motor vehicle, Hennepin Co. & Stearns Co. warrants for false information to law enforcement, Kandiyohi Co. & Morrison Co. warrants for theft, & Mille Lacs Co. warrant for fleeing law enforcement. Cory Steven Sund, 35, of Avon, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant for domestic assault violations. Grace Kelly Scanlon, 23, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 2nd degree DWI.

Oct. 31: Joseph James Sufka, 36, of Clearwater, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrants for theft & 4th degree assault violations.

There were 22 property damage accidents, 5 personal injury accidents, 6 hit & run accidents & 13 car deer accidents.

There were 3 arrests for DWI, no underage consumption arrests, 2 school bus stop arm violations & 69 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
