July 19: Joshua Lee Hill, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Stearns Co. - Wright Co. warrants - 5th degree possession of controlled substance & driving after revocation violations; Dale Richard McDonough, 41, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of domestic assault; Kenneth Davon Lewis, 30, of Anoka, was arrested in Sherburne Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 2nd degree assault violations; Allison Rachel Payne, 25, of Woodbury, was arrested in Goodhue Co. - charge of fugitive from justice & Wright Co. warrant - 4th degree DWI violations; Adam Joseph Jeske, 40, of Buffalo, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 3rd degree DWI; Kimberly Anne Duffney, 32, of Buffalo, was arrested in Annandale - charges of 5th degree possession of controlled substance & false information to law enforcement; Kristin Mae Mahlstedt, 40, of Howard Lake, was arrested in Middleville Twp. - charges of 2nd degree assault & domestic assault; Marc Thomas Seay, 35, of Big Lake, was arrested in Monticello - an Olmsted Co. warrant - domestic assault.

July 20: Abigail Jean Schnettler, 28, of Alexandria, was arrested in Douglas Co. - Wright Co. & Carlton Co. warrants - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violations; John Michael Rosenlund, 50, of Issaquah, WA, was arrested in Benton Co. - Wright Co. warrant - trespassing violations; Richard David Dollar, 63, of Annandale, was arrested in Waverly - Benton Co. warrant - 5th degree assault; Cody Jay Larson, 33, of Anoka, was arrested in Otsego - charge of violation of domestic abuse no contact order & an Anoka Co. warrant - violation of domestic abuse no contact order.

July 21: Breah Holly Kraus, 29, no permanent address, was arrested in Rockford - charges of 5th degree assault, fleeing law enforcement & disorderly conduct & Brown Co. & Sibley Co. warrants - 5th degree possession of controlled substance. July 22: Spencer Thomas Gray, 26, of Montrose, was arrested in Montrose - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance; Jodie Lynn Vankempen, 41, of Sauk Centre, was arrested in Monticello - Douglas Co. warrant - possession of methamphetamine; Susan Maria Potter, 22, of Onamia, was arrested in Mille Lacs Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation; Garrett James Wilson, 37, of Little Falls, was arrested in Sherburne Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 3rd degree possession of controlled substance & Mille Lacs Co. warrant - false information to law enforcement; Steven Stanley Wabbe, 63, of Mayer, was arrested in Carver Co. - Wright Co. warrant - theft violations; Thomas Phillip Zarembinski, 59, of Vadnais Heights, was arrested in Montrose - charges of 1st degree DWI & ignition interlock violations.

July 23: Joseph Michael Higgins, 46, of Clearwater, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of domestic assault; Leevelle Emir Marcus, 24, of Brooklyn Center, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 3rd degree DWI; Richard James Campbell, 39, of Welch, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrants - weapon violations & Hennepin Co. warrants - 1st degree sale of controlled substance, predatory offender violations & 5th degree possession of controlled substance; Kyle Gregory Payne, 36, of Maple Lake, was arrested in Maple Lake - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance; Bryan Christopher Martin, 46, of Big Lake, was arrested in Sherburne Co. - charge of 3rd degree DWI; Eric Leonard Hilts, 38, of Cokato, was arrested in Delano - charge of criminal vehicular operation.

July 24: Lateef Deondra Mahaffey, 24, of Benson, was arrested in Albertville - charges of 5th degree assault, 5th degree possession of controlled substance & obstruction of legal process & MN Dept. of Corrections warrant - 1st degree burglary; Kevin Wayne Carroll, 46, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Clearwater Twp. - charge of carrying pistol while under the influence of alcohol; Arlen Dean Jacobsma, 58, of Monticello, was arrested in Maple Lake - charge of carrying pistol while under the influence of alcohol.

July 25: Xavier Antoine Julian Wilson, 23, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo n the charge of 3rd degree DWI; Pilee Kong Gatwach, 22, of Mankato, was arrested in Silver Creek Twp. - charges of 3rd degree DWI test refusal, false information to law enforcement & Blue Earth Co. warrant - aggravated 1st degree robbery; Cassandra Pearl Castillo, 26, of Little Falls, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of 3rd degree DWI; Jonathan Thomas Correll, 20, of Elk River, was arrested in Buffalo - charges of criminal vehicular operation & 3rd degree DWI; Malik Asad Karie, 22, of Corcoran, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance; James Thomas McEachern, 57, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - charge of domestic assault; Jacqueline Lynn Long, 40, of Otsego, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of 3rd degree DWI.

There were no property damage accidents, 3 personal injury accidents, 8 hit & run accidents & 4 car deer accidents.

There were 10 arrests - DWI, 29 underage consumption arrests, 1 school bus stop arm violations & 107 tickets - miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
