June 28: Lance Nicholas Schmidt, 35, of Hudson, WI, was arrested in Washington Co. - Wright Co. warrants - violation of domestic abuse no contact order & 2nd degree DWI violations. Connor Jason Olson, 28, of Rush City, was arrested in Washington Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 1st degree sale of controlled substance & an Anoka Co. warrant - theft. Chad Francis Protasiewicz, 34, of Columbia Heights, was arrested in Dakota Co. - Wright Co. warrants - 1st degree sale of controlled substance & receiving stolen property, & an Anoka Co. warrant - check forgery. Brian Gregory Ogaard, 30, of South Haven, was arrested in South Haven - MN Dept. of Corrections warrant - 3rd degree burglary violations. Daniel Joseph Krutchek, 30, of Duluth, was arrested in Maple Lake - charge of 3rd degree DWI refusal to test. Cody Earl Wallace Dill, 29, of Perham, was arrested in Maple Lake Twp. - charges of 1st degree criminal damage to property, introduction of contraband into jail & 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Matthew Warren Berg, 28, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrants - 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct violations. Elya Elizabeth Howe, 27, of Buffalo, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - theft violations. Eric Loval Hines, 30, of Mankato, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrants - terroristic threats & predatory offender violations & Le Sueur Co. warrant - false information to law enforcement. Christopher Michael Schwartz, 19, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance & 3rd degree DWI violations. Benjamin Edward Nelson, 26, of Coon Rapids, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation.

June 29: Melissa Ann Poehler, 39, of Big Lake, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Marc Thomas Seay, 35, of Stewartville, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Brandi Lynn Nelson, 29, of Howard Lake, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of false information to law enforcement & Wright Co. & Hennepin Co. warrants - driving violations. Jamie John Feldhege, 34, of Clear Lake, was arrested in Sherburne Co. - Wright Co. warrants - 5th degree possession of controlled substance & domestic assault violation. Christopher Woodrow Hecksel, 22, of Lester Prairie, was arrested in Swift Co. - Wright Co. warrant - negligent fire violations. Jason Matthew Armstrong, 52, of Robbinsdale, was arrested in Rockford - charges of 5th degree possession of controlled substance & driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. Valerie Lynn Ergen, 47, of Annandale, was arrested in Annandale - Wright Co. warrant - 3rd degree DWI violations. Michael John Wavinak, 38, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrants - 1st degree criminal damage to property violations. Mackenzie Rose Anhorn, 27, of Maple Grove, was arrested in Otsego - charge of 2nd degree DWI. Roxanne Marie Holm, 41, of Albertville, was arrested in Albertville - Wright Co. warrant - criminal vehicular operation.

July 1: Michelle Mercedes Parham, 30, of St. Paul, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 4th degree assault & Stearns Co. warrant - false information to law enforcement. Tyler John Plummer, 26, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Ottertail Co. - Wright Co. warrant - storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of child violations. David Michael Thompson, 38, of Wyoming, was arrested in Morrison Co. - Wright Co. warrants - 1st degree burglary & driving after revocation & Carver Co. warrant - theft. Kenneth Allen Kolkind, 37, of Big Lake, was arrested in Otsego - charge of 3rd degree DWI.

July 2: Nathan Michael Legro, 32, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - Wright Co. warrants - domestic assault by strangulation, violation of domestic abuse no contact orders, 2nd degree assault & driving after revocation violations. Shane Lee Jensen, 45, of Minneota, was arrested in Lincoln Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Joseph Kevin Rutherford, 23, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - charge of trespassing. Brett Alan Pendergrass, 45, no permanent address, was arrested in Buffalo - MN Dept. of Corrections apprehension & detention order - theft violations.

July 3: Sarah Lynn Vogt, 34, of Edina, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 3rd degree DWI. John Carl Wicks, 64, of Howard Lake, was arrested in Howard Lake - charges of domestic & 5th degree assault. Zachariah Karl Z. L. Morgan-Grube, 25, of Elk River, was arrested in French Lake Twp. - charge of 2nd degree DWI. Charles Azongoh Chomilo, 61, of St. Michael, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of 3rd degree DWI.

July 4: Nicholas Jeffrey Thomasy, 31, of Alexandria, was arrested in Albertville - Douglas Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance.

There were 26 property damage accidents, 7 personal injury accidents, 7 hit & run accidents & 6 car deer accidents.

There were 10 arrests - DWI, 6 underage consumption arrests, no school bus stop arm violations & 134 tickets - miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
