Jonathan Allen Klisch, 34, of Anoka, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Kitty Marie Winter, 57, of Blaine, was arrested in Monticello - Hennepin Co. warrant - theft. Thomas Edward Nelson, 60, of Blaine, was arrested in Monticello - charges of receiving stolen property, 5th degree possession of controlled substance, criminal damage to property & Washington Co. warrant - theft. Bobby Thornton, 42, of St. Paul, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance & Ramsey Co. warrant - theft. Thomas Michael Charest, 40, of North Branch, was arrested in Chisago Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Debbra Lynn Swoboda, 51, of Forest Lake, was arrested in Albertville - charges of possession of shoplifting gear & theft. Shayla Rose Dufner, 27, of Rockford, was arrested in Rockford - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance.

Michael Neal Rinnels, 37, of Isanti, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree assault & an Isanti Co. warrant - domestic assault by strangulation. Jessica Marie Painschab Johnson, 47, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 2nd degree sale of controlled substance violation. Dawn Love Foss, 42, of Howard Lake, was arrested in Howard Lake - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Daniel Michael Volney, 39, of Watertown, was arrested in Delano - charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. Dustin Hunter Brown, 25, of Annandale, was arrested in Buffalo - charges of criminal vehicular operation & receiving stolen property. May 30: Davier Xavior Atiya Mendoza, 20, of Elk River, was arrested in Otsego - Wright Co. warrants - false information to law enforcement & violation of an order - protection. David Lawrence Pillatzki, 44, of Litchfield, was arrested in Montrose - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance & MN Dept. of Corrections warrant - parole violation. Samantha Anne Fisher, 29, of Shakopee, was arrested in Buffalo - Carver Co. warrant - dog license violation. Steven Joseph Shipley, 38, of Clearwater, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of domestic assault.

May 31: Jordyn Ann Smith, 23, of Anoka, was arrested in Anoka Co. - charges of domestic assault & obstruction of legal process. Randi Marie Gravelle, 34, of Buffalo, was arrested in Albertville - charge of 3rd degree DWI refusal to test. Chrissa Marylades Nyberg, 39, of Otsego, was arrested in Albertville - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance.

There were 19 property damage accidents, 6 personal injury accidents, 7 hit & run accidents & 7 car deer accidents.

There were 7 arrests - DWI, no underage consumption arrests, 2 school bus stop arm violations & 128 tickets - miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
