Youan Nyan Weanquoi, 20, of Brooklyn Center, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of terroristic threats & Pipestone Co. warrant - theft. Bradley John Gerster, 36, of St. Paul, was arrested in Dakota Co. - Wright Co. warrant - drug violations.

May 18: Adam Joseph Shypulski, 33, of Rogers, was arrested in Albertville - charge of 2nd degree DWI. Kelly Leeanne Kotzer, 60, of Clearwater, was arrested in Monticello - charge of domestic assault. Michael Allen Peterson, 57, of Monticello, was arrested in Sherburne Co. - charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. Fadi Samer Abraham, 28, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Maple Lake - charge of fugitive from justice. Jeffrey James Nixon, 35, of Otsego, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 2nd degree DWI violations.
