Sept. 28: Lindsay Laryssa Soller, 28, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Scott Co. - Wright Co. warrant - theft violations. Devoniare Soloved Martin, 20, of St. Paul, was arrested in Ramsey Co. - charge of fugitive from justice and Wright Co. warrant - theft violations. Kyle Lee Foss, 34, of Annandale, was arrested in Annandale - charge of violation of harassment restraining order. Johann Charles Wallace, 36, of Big Lake, was arrested in Monticello - charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. Joseph James Sufka, 35, no permanent address, was arrested in Corrina Twp. - charges of receiving stolen property and violation of domestic abuse no contact order.

Sept. 29: Troy Eugene Milligan, 49, of St. Paul, was arrested in Silver Creek Twp. - charge of 3rd degree DWI refusal to test. Tyler Dee Jacobson, 31, of Rockford, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Adam Lee Hoffmeister, 48, of Monticello, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 2nd degree assault with dangerous weapon. Elijah Alan Foss, 40, of Maple Plain, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - Wright Co. warrant - domestic assault by strangulation violations. Steven Frederick Reishus, 55, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - charge of violation of harassment restraining order. Michael Wesley Holmquist, 51, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 3rd degree DWI violations. Shawn Conrad Tregoning, 30, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance and Aitkin Co. warrant - theft. Alexander Steven Heil, 22, of Monticello, was arrested in Otsego - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Amber Lee Johnston, 40, of Andover, was arrested in Monticello - an Isanti Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Russell Wesley Hanson, 25, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Morrison Co. - Wright Co. warrants - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violations.

Sept. 30: Taymisha Marie McNaughton, 30, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Clinton Richard Lumley, 38, of St. Michael, was arrested in Stearns Co. - charge of fugitive from justice and Wright Co. warrant - terroristic threat violations. Christopher Anthony Watson, 35, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct violations. Jesse Mark Miller, 39, of Buffalo, was arrested in St. Michael - MN Dept. of Corrections apprehension and detention order - weapon violations. Richard Edward Poppen, 35, of Waverly, was arrested in Hennepin Co. - charge of fugitive from justice and Wright Co. warrant - 1st degree DWI. Mason Reid Benedict, 30, of Otsego, was arrested in Otsego - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Michael James Wick, 39, of Maple Plain, was arrested in Otsego - Wright Co. warrant - 3rd degree DWI violations.

Oct. 1: Joseph John Goodthunder, 50, of Morton, was arrested in Annandale - MN Dept. of Corrections warrant - parole violation. Jesse Michael Midas, 40, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrants - terroristic threats and violation of domestic abuse no contact order. Dana Marie Henderson, 23, of Cambridge, was arrested in Monticello - an Isanti Co. warrant - theft. Alfonso Montanez, 26, of Long Prairie, was arrested in Waverly - MN Dept. of Corrections warrant - parole violation. Ross Norman Jordan, 38, of Clearwater, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - violation of harassment restraining order. Lucas Alan Jeske, 22, of St. Michael, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Marcell Dimitri Graham, 33, of Big Lake, was arrested in Maple Grove - Wright Co. warrant - domestic assault and an Anoka Co. warrant - 2nd degree DWI. Kevin Donald Stotts, 62, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charges of 2nd degree assault, domestic assault and reckless discharge of firearm. Richard James Goodthunder, 30, of Morton, was arrested in Annandale - charge of 2nd degree DWI. Jesse David Miller, 39, of Monticello, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of violation of domestic abuse no contact order.

Oct. 2: Jennifer, Joy Tessmer, 38, of South Haven, was arrested in South Haven - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance, Wright Co. warrant - probation violation and Meeker Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Sean Michael O’Malley, 51, no permanent address, was arrested in South Haven - charge of 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Abdifatah Mohamed Ahmed, 26, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Scott Co. - Wright Co. warrant - 2nd degree DWI violations. Kevin Louis Brendemuehl, 28, of Bloomington, was arrested in Monticello - charges of 2nd degree assault, criminal vehicular operation, 1st degree criminal damage to property, kidnapping, receiving stolen property, motor vehicle theft, false information to law enforcement and Hennepin Co. warrant - motor vehicle theft. Jacob Mauritz Giles, 27, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - Wright Co. warrants - obstruction of legal process and fail to stop - school bus violation. Pierre Markel Tieh-Bryant, 23, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - Anoka Co. warrants - 2nd degree assault, 2nd degree burglary and careless driving, Blue Earth Co. warrant - terroristic threats and Ramsey Co. warrant - fleeing law enforcement. Corine Angela Kirmeier, 29, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Clearwater - Wright Co. and Hennepin Co. warrants - theft violations.

Oct. 3: Anthony O’Ryan Brown, 32, of Montrose, was arrested in Montrose - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Jeffrey Robert Block, 29, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 3rd degree DWI.

Oct. 4: Andrea Jean Benedict, 49, of Montrose, was arrested in Montrose - charge of domestic assault. Jerico James Beith, 39, of Kimball, was arrested in Cokato - Wright Co. warrant - 3rd degree sale of controlled substance violation. James Carballo Rivera, 40, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - charge of receiving stolen property.

There were 16 property damage accidents, 4 personal injury accidents, 1 hit and run accidents and 11 car deer accidents.

There were 4 arrests - DWI, no underage consumption arrests, 2 school bus stop arm violations and 92 tickets - miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
