Preceded by parents, Francis & Leona (Sullivan) Neutz; siblings, Jerry, Louis "Lewey" and Edith; granddaughter, Justine; and many loved ones. Survived by beloved husband of 60 years, Richard "Tweety"; children, Todd, Holly (Corey), Doreen (Ryan), Shelley (Andy), Jeannene (Bob), Linda (Jan); 21 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter. 

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, 7/28/21 with visitation 1 hour prior to service at the PETERSON-GRIMSMO FUNERAL CHAPEL, 250 Broadway St. E., Monticello. 763-295-2918. Interment Lakeside Cemetery, Silver Creek Twp.
