Private Services will be held for Mary Jane Lucht, age 88, who passed away Tuesday at Parkview Care Center in Buffalo. Mary was born December 12, 1928 in Minneapolis to Jeppe & Bertha (Bloomer) Duus. She married Roy W. Lucht on May 26, 1948 in Minneapolis. They met when Roy was driving by the family farm and Mary caught his eye. Mary worked in accounting and bookkeeping for Coast to Coast and also worked at the Crystal State Bank. She was a past member of Faith Lutheran Church, Becker. Mary was a kind, loving, feisty, spunky woman who walked strongly in her faith. She enjoyed crafts, shopping, garage sales, and going to the casino. She was lucky in cards, everyone wanted to be her partner. Mary was a good cook, her specialty was cinnamon rolls, and she enjoyed her flower and vegetable gardens.

 

Mary is survived by her sons, Stephen (Elaine) of Elk River and Peter (Geralyn) of Delano; grandchildren, Trent, Joseph, Sarah (Bryan) and Hannah (Nicholas); great grandchildren, Noah, Connor and Jackson; and many nieces and nephews.
