Marlys Jean Burns passed away peacefully on September 17th, 2020. She was born in Irvington, Wisconsin, on September 30th, 1927 to her parents Adolf and Irene Thompson. Marlys was met on the other side by her husband “Vern,” her beloved son Steve, her siblings “Bud” and Ione, and her parents. Missing her dearly are her children: Sue, Linda, Karen and Bruce, as well as their spouses Gary, Bryan, Mike and Shelly. Her legacy will be carried on by the grandchildren who adored her: Jamie, Kasey, Brandon, Angie and Amy.
Marlys was a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day and will be missed by all who knew her. She brought warmth and comfort to her family who love her infinitely.
