Becker, MN

November 9, 1958 – September 11, 2021

More than her family and horses, Marilyn loved and worshiped her Heavenly Father. She loved sitting at her keyboard in the sunroom of their Becker townhome practicing the worship songs for the next gathering. She would walk about the house or down the Lane, or swing in her hammock, and lift up praises to the King of kings. Being a keyboardist on several worship teams over the years gave her the public expression of her thanks for all the Lord had done for her. Her passion was that people would know the Love of the Father and follow His Son, as she had.

She left us and this temporary life on September 11th, 2021, to continue her eternal life with her friend, the Lord Jesus Christ. She entered this world to Ed and Edna Vadnais on November 9th, 1958.

Awaiting at Heaven’s gate with her parents was also her older sister, Eloise Vadnais. Now we, her husband, Mark, children, Tanya (Justin) Harms, Ben (Brianna) Barrett, and Seth Barrett, along with eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren are preparing a Home-Going Celebration.

We hope you will join Marilyn’s two sisters and brother, as well as their spouses and the rest of the family and friends on Sunday afternoon, the 10th of October. A time of Visitation will begin at 1:30PM at Hope Community Church, 19951 Oswald Farm Road; Corcoran, MN. The Service will begin at 3PM with the Internment in the cemetery behind the Church to follow. A Luncheon will then be served in the Fellowship Hall of the Church.
