Lois E. Harmon, DVM, age 63, of Becker, passed away unexpectedly on 2/17/18. Lois was a skilled and beloved veterinarian and a dear member of the family. She was passionate about the care and well-being of animals of all kinds and donated countless hours of her time to volunteer animal-rescue care and to helping and teaching the people she worked with. Preceded in death by parents Henry and Adeline; newborn sister Karen and sister Barbara Leaf MD. Survived by brother James (Dianne) Harmon; sisters Patricia (Jerry) Henderson and Karen (Rex) Robitschek; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; life long friend Bonnie Bielen; and numerous dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, lizards and other beloved companions, many of whom preceded Lois in death. Memorial service 11am Tues 2/27/18 at Zion Lutheran Church 1601 S. 4h Ave. Anoka. Visitation 1 hour prior to service at church (10-11am). Private interment Forest Hill Cemetery Anoka.
