Donna Lois Maurice, age 73 of Monticello passed away on July 1, 2014 at the St. Cloud Hospital of St. Cloud. Visitation will be Sunday July 6, 2014 from 4 PM to 8 PM at St. Henry Catholic Church, 1001 East 7th Street, Monticello. Further visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral on Monday. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday July 7, 2014 at 10:30 AM at St. Henry Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Henry Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are with the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello.
Donna is survived by her daughter Sally and her husband Jim Jones of Becker; two grandchildren Colin and Claire; sister Polly Anderson of Becker; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James; infant daughter Ramona; and brothers Gordon Bitzer and David Bitzer. In memory of Donna and to honor her wishes, those who attend her services are asked to wear bright colors.
