Dagmar Eleanor Peterson, age 94 of Becker passed away on Saturday August 9, 2014 at Centra Care Health of Monticello. Visitation will be Tuesday August 12, 2014 from 1 pm to 2 pm at the Becker United Methodist Church, 12129 Hancock Street, Becker. The funeral service will follow at 2 pm. Interment will be at Danish Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are with the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello.
Dagmar was born on July 15, 1920 in Clear Lake to Aage and Hannah Christine (Hansen) Petersen. She lived most of her life in the Becker area. Dagmar was preceded in death by her parents; husband Harold; brother Clarence Petersen and twin brother Diner Petersen. She is survived by her son Richard (Mary) Peterson of Mayville, ND; daughter Mary (Michael) Brown of Richton Park, IL; grandsons Robert Peterson and Brent Peterson; step grandsons Michael (Deborah) Brown and Peter Brown; great grandsons Bradley Peterson and Benjamin Peterson; great granddaughter Tobey Peterson; and step great granddaughter Colleen Fox. Memorials are preferred to Danish Cemetery, Deb Bjorn, 1724 8th Ave SE, St. Cloud, MN 56304.
