Betty Lou (Thompson) Sotendahl was born March 22, 1930 and married Norman August June 11, 1955. As God’s humble and faithful servant, she taught elementary school for 22 years, was devoted to her family and church, and spent much of her time volunteering, reading and gardening. She entered the gates of heaven August 3. She is survived by her two children, Nancy Sotendahl and David (and Barbara) Sotendahl; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 3 p.m. on Sun., Aug. 12 at Faith Lutheran Church, 11755 Sherburne Ave., in Becker. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Becker Cemetery.
