Dec. 1: Travis John McLain, 30, of Delano, was arrested in Buffalo - charges of 3rd degree burglary & theft. Samantha Jo Kathleen Welter, 31, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 1st degree burglary. Melvin Dwayne Lockett, 57, of St. Paul, was arrested in Ramsey Co.  - Wright Co.  warrant - 2nd degree DWI refusal to test. Katlyn Cheryl Hudalla, 23, of St. Paul, was arrested in Ramsey Co.  - Wright Co. warrant - drug violations & Stevens Co.  warrant - fleeing law enforcement. 

Dec. 2: Brian Patrick Hibbs, 30, of Mankato, was arrested in Blue Earth Co.  - Wright Co.  warrant - theft violations. Krystal Lindsey Andersen, 32, of Coon Rapids, was arrested in Anoka Co.  - Wright Co. warrant - dishonored check violations. William Virgil Briggs, 49, of New Hope, was arrested in Monticello - Hennepin Co. warrant - domestic assault.

Dec. 3: Leah Leya Rozie, 26, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Hennepin Co.  - Wright Co.  warrant - false information to law enforcement violations. Camron Michael Peirce, 34, of Fridley, was arrested in Hennepin Co.  - Wright Co.  warrants - possession of shoplifting gear & driving after revocation & new charge of introduction of contraband into  correctional facility. Natalie Michelle Ramey, 37, of Coon Rapids, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co.  warrant - 3rd degree possession of  controlled substance violation. Woodrow Ernest Breland, 51, no permanent address, was arrested in Corrina Twp.  - charge of fugitive from justice & Wright Co.  warrants - 3rd degree burglary, terroristic threats, criminal damage to property & fleeing law enforcement violations. Nancy M. Bui, 28, of St. Paul, was arrested in Mille Lacs Co.  - Wright Co.  warrant - false information to law enforcement &  Hennepin Co.  warrant - 5th degree possession of  controlled substance. Shelby Ann Effertz, 22, of Delano, was arrested in Delano - charge of fleeing law enforcement. Pong Vongsak, 37, of Brooklyn Park, was arrested in Buffalo - charges of  5th degree possession of  controlled substance & introduction of contraband in  correctional facility & Wright Co.  warrants - violation of an order for protection & stalking. Hailey Marie Allord, 21, of Little Falls, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - receiving stolen property violations.

Hugh James Nelson, 68, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - Wright Co.  apprehension & detention order - 2nd degree DWI violations. Jordyn Matthew Miller, 25, of Cambridge, was arrested in Delano on an Isanti Co.  warrant - 1st degree burglary. Amaro Martinez, 35, of Cokato, was arrested in Cokato - Wright Co.  warrant - 5th degree possession of  controlled substance violation. Richard Travis Fritz, 51, of Albertville, was arrested in Albertville - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Patti Kay Trujillo, 63, of Big Lake, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Walker James Stokke, 18, of Albertville, was arrested in Otsego - Wright Co.  apprehension & detention order - domestic assault violations. Dec. 5: Patrick Douglas Cloutier, 35, of East Bethel, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of false information to law enforcement,  Benton Co.  warrant for failure to appear, an Isanti Co.  warrant - 5th degree possession of  controlled substance &  MN Dept. of Corrections warrant for  parole violation. Mason Richard Edwards, 20, of Monticello, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 5th degree possession of  controlled substance. Earl Lynn Misner, 62, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - charge of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. Joshua Jason Adams, 20, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charge of 5th degree possession of  controlled substance. Blake Ryan Hanson, 41, of Mound, was arrested in Delano - charge of 5th degree possession of  controlled substance violation. Justin Edwin Warnke, 34, of Buffalo, was arrested in Buffalo - charges of 2nd degree sale & 3rd degree possession of controlled substance. Rachael Howard Robinson, 25, of Minneapolis, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co.  warrant - theft violations. Heather Lee Kuphal, 32, of Rockford, was arrested in Rockford - Wright Co.  warrants - 5th degree possession of  controlled substance & theft violations. Patrick Laurence Jordan, 46, of Otsego, was arrested in Otsego - charge of 5th degree possession of  controlled substance. Sean Brian Weis, 45, of Monticello, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Dec. 7: Jared Samuel Zimmermann, 42, of Loretto, was arrested in Monticello - Scott Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance. Alexander Joseph Anderson, 26, of Plymouth, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Colin Thomas Pearson, 22, of St. Cloud, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co. warrant - 5th degree possession of controlled substance violation. Zachary Taylor Moulzolf, 22, of Monticello, was arrested in Buffalo - Wright Co.  warrant 3rd degree possession of  controlled substance violation. Anthony James Froelich, 55, of Albertville, was arrested in Albertville - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Brian Lloyd Carlson, 56, of Elk River, was arrested in St. Michael - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Christine Marie Colling, 31, of Coon Rapids, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of 5th degree possession of  controlled substance & Anoka Co.  warrant - malicious punishment of  child. Dwayne Johnson, 52, of Wadena, was arrested in Clearwater - charge of 5th degree possession & sale of  controlled substance. Kaari Christine Moen, 46, of Lake Elmo, was arrested in Monticello - charge of 3rd degree DWI.

Dec. 8: John M. Yufanyi, 39, of Otsego, was arrested in Albertville - charge of 3rd degree DWI. Ronald Joseph Bzdok, 21, of Buffalo, was arrested in Rockford Twp.  - charge of 2nd degree DWI refusal to test. Cody Alan Wright, 34, of Maple Plain, was arrested in Delano - Wright Co.  warrants - domestic assault & violation of domestic abuse no contact order.

There were 30 property damage accidents, 5 personal injury accidents, 4 hit & run accidents & 14 car deer accidents.

There were 8 arrests for DWI, no underage consumption arrests, 3 school bus stop arm violations & 104 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations reported this week.
