Tanner’s Team Foundation is excited to announce their first-ever “A Very Merry Christmas Virtual Concert”.  

Join them Wed., Dec. 16 starting at 7 p.m. for the video stream on the Tanner’s Team Facebook page as well as on YouTube.  

Many talented musicians will be singing their favorite Christmas songs for us including:  Michael Shynes, Kat Perkins, Justin Ploof, Walter’s Wheelhouse, Harper’s Chord and Stretch and Ted from the Fabulous Armadillos.  

Donations collected during the concert will go to support Tanner’s Team Foundation’s mission of helping families with children facing a life-threatening illness.  St. Cloud Financial Credit Union will be matching every $1,000 raised during the concert, up to $5,000.  WJON is the media sponsor.  

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Tanner’s Team Foundation, like many other non-profits, has had to cancel their biggest fundraisers this year including their annual dinner in March and their 5K in June.  While their ability to raise money has slowed, the number of families in need has not.  

About Tanner’s Team Foundation  

Tanner’s Team Foundation was created in 2011. Tanner Fuls, who was diagnosed at age 11 with Myelodysplastic Syndrome, a form of pre-leukemia, passed away Nov. 27, 2010. In the past 10 years the foundation has awarded nearly $400,000 in grants to more than 350 families, in 45 Minnesota counties.
