Nixon Lake was the scene of a unique event recently, as Pastor David Fogal of Clearwater’s Tri-County Alliance (TCA) Church baptized six of their members in the way of the early church, through immersion.

The clouds parted just in time for the sun to shine down as the six members, ranging in age from 10 to 86, waded out into the lake and publicly declared their desire to follow Jesus. Around 60 people were in attendance to witness the event, after which a celebratory potluck lunch was shared by all back at the church.
