LOTSA LEFSE! Making lefse is an annual tradition at South Santiago Lutheran Church. The industrious church basement ladies assembled the day before the annual fall craft sale to peel and rice more than 100 pounds of potatoes and create these incredible delicacies that were available for purchase Saturday, October 16th at the wildly popular annual fall craft sale.
