The Sherburne History Center hosted an afternoon presentation this past Wednesday by Minnesota mystery author Christine Husom. Husom is the author of several novels including the Winnebago County Mystery Series and the Snow Globe Shop Mysteries. Her books take place in small-town Minnesota, and her stories are often influenced by the experiences she had while working in law enforcement. She shared with the audience details of her writing process, her journey to getting published, and what she likes to read. At the end of the presentation, Husom took questions from the audience and signed copies of her books.

 

The History Center will be hosting another Minnesota author, Ken Martins, for a similar event Wed., May 24 at 2pm. All are welcome and there is no cost to attend.
