Rivers Of Hope Youth Program Scheduled

Rivers of Hope, the domestic abuse assistance center serving Sherburne and Wright counties, has announced its 2015 Summer Youth Program.
 
The program will be run Mondays and Tuesdays for junior high students and Wednesdays and Thursdays for high school age students from June 15 to Aug. 25. 
 
Youth, ages 12-18, are invited to attend, free of charge, to gain support from peers as well as Rivers of Hope youth advocates. Transportation can be provided.
 
Rivers of Hope serves all school districts within Sherburne and Wright counties. It is expected the program will be held at the Monticello Community Center.
 
Daily topics will include positive self image and self esteem, healthy relationships and warning signs, technology and online safety and life transitions.
