One person died in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon on Stearns Co. Rd. 75, according to St. Cloud Police Lt. Lori Ellering. 

 

Police have identified the St. Cloud woman killed in the crash as 29-year-old Amina Mohamed Abdi.

 

According to reports. Abdi was driving the wrong way in the northbound lane of Co. Rd. 75 around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday when she struck a semi truck driven by 28-year-old Cody James Richert of Becker.

 

Richert was not injured. Abdi was pronounced dead at the scene.

 

The crash is under investigation by St. Cloud Police and the assisted by the Minnesota State Patrol. Police say no criminal charges are expected.
