Mon., Sept. 21 will be a very big day for the communities in our area. St. Paul is coming to Becker. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event!

 

The start time is 6 pm.  We plan to go until 8 pm.  This event will be at the Becker Community Center.

 

For past two years I have been tracking the state and federal energy legislation that will have a direct a effect on our families and livelihoods.  The final orders have been given to Minnesota.  We are entering the next phase in our energy future.

 

It will be our opportunity, as a community, to learn about the new federal mandates and to address this issue. We have an excellent list of testifiers who will be able to help us understand the our energy future.  

 

We will be there to listen to the community.

 

Simply put, we need the community to turn out and show our support for our power plants and for every person, school, business, church, and industry connected to them.
