A new bus shelter can be seen gracing the freshly paved park and ride in Becker.

The City of Becker and Metro Bus have been working to make the park and ride a better experience for people who use it. The park and ride is part of the Northstar link which connects St. Cloud and communities in-between to the Northstar Commuter Rail Line and ultimately the Twin Cities.

“We are very grateful for the partnership,” says Becker Mayor Tracy Bertram. “The new shelter will definitely help keep the cold winds off of commuters.”

The park and ride is located at the corner of First Street and Willow Street.
