Lupulin Brewing announces closure of Sioux Falls Taproom

Lupulin Brewing Company announces that its Sioux Falls Taproom on Shirley Avenue will not renew its lease. While this location will cease operations on October 31, 2024, Lupulin Brewing will remain committed to the Sioux Falls and broader South Dakota markets through distribution and other partnership opportunities.

Lupulin Brewing’s headquarters and flagship taproom in Big Lake, MN, will remain open, offering the full Lupulin experience to all beer enthusiasts. Additionally, Lupulin Beer will continue to be available throughout Sioux Falls and greater South Dakota via their distribution partners at Global Distribution.

“We are grateful to our Sioux Falls patrons for their support and loyalty over the years. Although this chapter is closing, it does not mark the end of our journey in South Dakota,” said Jeff Zierdt, President at Lupulin Brewing Company.

“We are exploring new opportunities, partnerships and locations to continue serving our valued customers their most beloved Lupulin beers and hemp derived THC products.”

As part of their commitment to innovation and continued market expansion, Lupulin Brewing Company will continue to increase its investment in growing their THC beverage and edible brand, Smazey, within South Dakota, alongside their award winning beer portfolio. They invite retailers, lodging, and hospitality providers interested in carrying their award winning beers, or Smazey THC products to contact them for partnership opportunities.

“Our goal is to enhance our support footprint and ensure these products are readily available to our customers across the Midwest,” said Zierdt.
