SGT. JASON LAWSON OF THE BECKER POLICE DEPT. grabbed a piece of cake while his fellow law enforcement officers talked about exploits during last Friday’s going away gathering for Lawson and his wife, Emily. Lawson found a job with the Collin County Sheriff’s Dept. in Texas and Friday was Lawson’s last day on duty in Becker. Many fellow officers, friends, family and Becker staff stopped by to wish him well in his new venture.
