Brian Kolbinger and Joe Danielson ran unopposed and were each elected to another three year term at Becker Twp., with Danielson receiving 23 votes and Kolbinger 22.  A total of 23 voters turned out in Becker. The Becker Township Annual Meeting drew a small crowd, with the supervisors and appointed officials being joined by Luke Herdina, who offered the CentraCare Hospital update.

Brad Wilkening was elected as moderator and he guided the group through a packet of information that was available to all attendees.

Herdina discussed the upcoming sale of the Monticello Hospital to CentraCare, which will also initiate the dissolution of the Hospital Board.

The levy recommendations all passed unanimously, with the 2025 total certification to reflect $1,837,500.  Nearly $1.5 million of that money will be for the Road and Bridge Fund.  The entire order of business took less than 30 minutes.

The next Annual Meeting was set for March 11, 2025 at 8:01 p.m.
