Judy Larsén has been interested in natural health remedies as long as she can remember.
Twenty five years ago, Judy was struggling with health issues and found herself caught up in a cycle of going to the doctor, getting medications and dealing with many side effects caused by the medications she was taking.
Out of desperation, Judy started searching for alternative ways to help her body heal naturally.
“As a result of learning and trying some natural options, I became healthier and stronger and had a deep desire to try to help others get healthier”, said Judy.
“I learned that one of the keys to being healthy is supporting the immune system, which most people are agreeing with during COVID-19.”
During her road to recovery, Judy discovered many options that improved her health. Some of the things that helped Judy include: reflexology, acupuncture, chiropractor, excellent nutrition, ample deep sleep, managing stress, laughing often, balancing the electrical energy in the body, spending time outside and with family and friends, encouraging others, and being aware of one’s emotions.
She considers doing a detox/cleanse as a way to help one get healthier.
“I feel it is very important to be thankful and that emotions, and an attitude of gratitude every day seems to top the list (even though other things also play a big role) in being healthy, as well”, Judy shared.
Judy says she has found (as well as many other family and friends), that the “Zinzino Health Protocol” is an easy and effective way to support the immune system and make sure that one’s body is working optimally. It involves balancing the Omega 6’s and Omega 3’s and is test proven, balancing the good bacteria and etc. in the gut and a vitamin/mineral supplement.
Everyone’s intricate and amazing bodies can heal and function well if given what they need.
Judy mentioned a couple of Bible verses that come to mind when discussing health:
“We are fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139:14; We are expected to take care of our bodies. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.
When one loves oneself, one does all that one can to be healthy!
Judy reminds all that good health is a gift. Unfortunately, people do not always appreciate good health until experiencing health issues, like she did.
If one wants to be proactive with one’s health, start investing in one’s health today. It will pay off! Health adds life to years and helps one live out one’s biological potential.
“My passion is helping others get healthier!”, Judy shared.
