TOM LYNCH of 11210 3rd Street in Becker spent Tuesday afternoon assembling two gigantic blow-up Halloween decorations on his front yard, just days before the holiday. Lynch said he enjoys putting up the yard ornaments even though he no longer has little ones in his and his wife Yvonne’s home. “I enjoy seeing the kids’ faces as the school bus passes right here and kids walk this sidewalk coming home from school”, said Lynch as he pointed to the road and sidewalk a few feet away.
