For those looking for family fun this Halloween, Oakwood Church in Becker will be holding their annual Hallelujah Party Oct. 26 from 6 to 9 p.m. at their church located next to Becker Furniture World off Hwy 10.

 

The evening will feature costume dress-up, candy, games and activities for the kids and the highly anticipated chili cookoff and dessert bake-off. 

 

A highlight of the evening will be the panel of local “celebrity” judges who will be taking part in the chili and dessert competitions.

 

Winners of each competitions will receive $100 and their category’s traveling trophy to display for the next year.

 

After the winners have been chosen, attendees will have a chance to try all the entries and more during the community supper that follows. 

 

Everyone is invited to take part in the Hallelujah Party for a night of fun and fellowship.
