Township Hall
Supervisor Bud Stimmler informed the board he signed papers with the realtor from Commercial Realty Solutions who will working with them to sell the township hall. The building is listed at $129,000.

A clause was included stating if Living Waters Church, who had expressed interest in the building, decided to purchase it within 60 days after the contract was signed they would be given the opportunity to do so.

History Book
Stimmler updated the board on the progress of the history book and indicated they were looking for an interesting title. As there are only a few things left to complete, he said it was possible they could be talking to North Star Press the first week of August and the book would probably be available by Christmas.

The board gave permission for him to accept the printing bid if he receives it before the next meeting and it’s close to the original estimate.

Other Business
Stimmler informed the board he had received a pothole complaint, however after consulting with their engineer it was determined to be the property owner’s problem.

The board gave approval for Chairman Gary Gray to serve on the water advisory committee.

Gray will be meeting with the zoning department concerning applications for the new township hall.

The sheriff reported 99 calls for service for May, including 62 traffic, a residential burglary and a fraud complaint.

For June, the sheriff reported 92 calls for service, including 39 traffic, two accidents, a vehicle fire and two thefts, one of tools from a locked trailer and one of mail from a mailbox.
