Last weekend, the parking lot at McPete’s in Big Lake was overflowing with unique, classic cars. This was the fifth year that McPete’s teamed up with Tri-River Rodders, a club active in the communities of Big Lake, Elk River, and Zimmerman, to host the event.  

“It was a beautiful day for the show,” said McPete’s Eric Petersen. 

A total of 221 cars were registered at the show, and while Petersen did not have a head count of attendees, many individuals attended the event, parking up and down Humbolt Dr.
