Monticello and Lifestyle Health have partnered to host Eat, Drink and Be Mindful on Tuesdays, beginning October 15, 2019 through November 19, 2019 from 4 – 5 p.m. in the Mississippi Conference Room in the lower level of the CentraCare – Monticello Specialty Clinic.
Based on the book Eat, Drink, and Be Mindful: How to End Your Struggle with Mindless Eating and Start Savoring Food with Intention and Joy by Susan Albers, PsyD, this informative six-week class will empower you to eat healthier and provide simple tips to help you create a healthy relationship with food. Learn how awareness, observation, being in – the – moment, acceptance, letting go, non-judgement and mindfulness of environment can lead to healthier choices and overall wellness.
Eat, Drink and Be Mindful is facilitated by Anna Reinking, RD, LD, Outpatient Dietician and Diabetes Educator at CentraCare – Monticello. All are welcome to attend. The cost for the series is $55 and includes Susan Albers’s book.
