Next weekend, the Becker High School Drama Club will be putting on its production of Bad Auditions by Bad Actors. The play features a series of auditions for Romeo and Juliet, all of which are fantastically bad and outrageously funny.
Senior Brooke Peterson said, “I’m excited. This is my first time getting to do a crazy character, and it’s been great to get out of my comfort zone. And who doesn’t like a good comedy?”
Nick Roehl, a senior, was excited about how the play was coming along, stating, “I think things are finally getting back to normal!”
Austyn Clemen said the best part of the play was its unique format, stating, “It’s a casual format, so the audience can just sit back and have fun!”
Performances will take place at the PAC on: Friday, April 29, 7 p.m.; Saturday, April 30, 2 p.m.; and Saturday, April 30, 7 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door or from the school website.
