Last Friday 22 Becker Area Senior Center (BASC) participants boarded a bus to visit MAXBats in Brooten, MN.  The group enjoyed seeing professional baseball bats being made one by one, with just little automation.  They had just finished putting the final touches on 6 baseball bats for Twins 1st baseman, Kenny Vargas. The final stop of the bus tour was RedHead Creamery Farm.  RedHead cheese products are all made with milk produced only on their farm.  The cows are milked and the cheese making process starts within a few hours.  What an informative, interesting, fun, trip we had. When you attend BASC events you never know what you may be learning.  Join us for our next outing!
