A two-vehicle accident in Becker Twp. sent two people to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The accident occurred Monday morning arround 9 a.m. 

The Minnesota State Patrol reported that a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer, driven by 32-year-old Christopher Michael Caron of Big Lake, was traveling Westbound on Hwy 10. A 50-year-old Maple Grove resident — Heather Marie Vinje — was traveling eastbound in her 2020 Toyota Highlander when it collided with Caron’s vehicle. The roads were snowy and icy.

Both drivers were transported to St. Cloud Hospital and alcohol and/or drugs was not involved.
