Quotes for Annual Snow and Ice Control Services will be received at the Becker Township Hall located at 12165 Hancock Street, Becker, Minnesota 55308 until Monday, November 16, 2015 at 12:00 noon. The Becker Town Board will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 16, 2015, (quote opening to occur at 7:30 pm) to consider said quotes. Quotes will not be received after November 16, 2015, 12:00 noon

The said quotes shall be for the furnishing of equipment, labor and materials for snow and ice control of all township roads as more thoroughly described in the proposed Agreement which may be obtained by contacting the Becker Town Clerk by phone 763-261-5301, Fax 763-261-5303, email: clerk@beckertownship.org, by visiting Becker Township Hall during office hours (posted online at www.beckertownship.org) or by appointment.

The quotes shall be submitted on the Agreement forms provided.

Quotes shall be in a sealed envelope with a statement thereon showing the work covered by the quote.

and may be delivered by U.S. mail or submitted in person. Quotes received by Town Clerk after the time set for receiving quotes shall be returned unopened.  

The Township Board reserves the right to reject any and all quotes or any portion thereof.
