Quotes for Annual General Maintenance Contract will be received at the Becker Township Hall located at 12165 Hancock Street, Becker, Minnesota 55308 until Monday, December 19, 2016 at 7:00pm. The Becker Town Board will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 19, 2016, (opening to occur approximately 7:05 pm) to consider said quotes.

The said quotes shall be for the furnishing of equipment, labor and materials for general maintenance of all township roads as more thoroughly described in the proposed Agreement which may be obtained by contacting the Becker Town Clerk by phone 763-261-5301, Fax 763-261-5303, email: clerk@beckertownship.org, by visiting Becker Township Hall during office hours (posted online at www.beckertownship.org) or by appointment.

The quotes shall be submitted on the Agreement forms provided.

Quotes submitted on other forms may be rejected 

by the Town Board.

Quotes shall be in a sealed envelope with a statement thereon Indicating submission is for General Maintenance Contract.

and may be delivered by U.S. mail or submitted in person to Becker Township Hall.  Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Quotes received by the Town Clerk after the time set for receiving quotes shall be returned unopened. The Township Board reserves the right to reject any and all quotes or any portion thereof for any or no reason.
