Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 14th, 2016 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:
7:00 p.m. Kevin Olson, Variance Application Public Hearing Kevin Olson has submitted a Variance application requesting a variance to the minimum lot size requirement in a General Rural District on the property located at 16757 142nd Street SE, Big Lake MN in Becker Township.
7:05 p.m. or immediately following the aforementioned Variance Public Hearing. Kevin Olson and Judith Kalisch, Rezoning Application Public Hearing. Kevin and Judith Kalisch, applicants and owners have submitted a Rezoning application requesting to rezone their properties located at 16757 142nd Street SE and 16897 142nd Street SE, Becker Township from Agriculture to General Rural District.
