Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday August 11th at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:
7:01 p.m. Sub-Surface Treatment System (SSTS) Ordinance Amendment Public Hearing The Becker Township Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to amend the section numbers of their current SSTS ordinance to correlate with the correct section in the Zoning Code.
7:02 p.m. Update to the Becker Joint Planning Zoning Map – Public Hearing The Becker Township Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to amend the Industrial Zoning Map to identify the I2 zoning districts.
7:03 p.m. Dan Fouquette Home Occupation Interim Use Permit Application Public Hearing The Becker Township Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing for Daniel Fouquette, applicant and Waltanne Jacobson, owner who have submitted a Home Occupation Interim Use Permit Application to operate a retail firearm sales and repair shop out of primary residence located at 10713 173rd Avenue SE in Becker Township.
