The City Council of the City of Clearwater, Minnesota, Counties of Wright and Stearns, does hereby amend the City Code.
The general purpose of amending the City of Clearwater City Code is to establish licensing and regulations for Mobile Food Units and Food Carts:
• Chapter 18 – Licenses, Permits and Miscellaneous Provisions, Article V, Section 18-118 to 18-122
