NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Trout Brook Condominium Association, Inc. (henceforth the “Declaration”) recorded in the office of the Recorder for Sherburne County, Minnesota on February 11, 2000, as Document No. 407905, and as amended, which covers the following property:

WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of June 14, 2017, from Paul J. Anderson and Jeanne E.
