NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT
LIEN FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of West Oaks of Elk River Townhome Association (henceforth the “Declaration”) recorded in the office of the Recorder for Sherburne County, Minnesota on November 15, 2004, as Document No. 569575, which covers the following property:

WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of March 7, 2016, from Larry O. Mortenson and Susan A.
