NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That default has occurred in the conditions of the mortgage dated April 1, 2005, executed by Frank O. Furthermore, the Superintendent or Director of Business Services and a School Board Officer are Authorized to Approve the Sale of Certificates of Participation to Fund the Project, Provided that the Interest Cost Does not Exceed 4.25%.  Motion carried unanimously (on file at District Office).
