Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated July 27, 2007, executed by Rod and Carol Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, as Mortgagor to Peoples Bank of Commerce, as Mortgagee, and filed for record July 30, 2007, as Document No. 655623, in the Office of the County Recorder of Sherburne County, Minnesota.
