At 9:21am the Chair opened the Regional Rail Authority Meeting.

Election of RRA Officers. Administration

Bruce Messelt, County Administrator

County Recorder Michelle Ashe was present to perform the Oaths of Office for the following Commissioners:

Commissioner Barbara Burandt

Commissioner Tim Dolan

Commissioner Lisa Fobbe

Dolan/Fobbe unanimous to declare the 2021 regional Rail Authority Chair and Vice-Chair to be the same as the County Board.

Schmiesing/Burandt unanimous to approve Regional Rail Authority Meeting Minutes: December 15, 2020. Administration

Establish the 2021 Regional Rail Authority Meeting Schedule. Administration

Bruce Messelt, County Administrator

Dolan/Fobbe unanimous to set the Regional Rail Authority Meeting Schedule for 2021, to coincide with the Sherburne County Board Meetings.

Set the Next Annual Regional Rail Authority Meeting. Administration

Bruce Messelt, County Administrator

Fobbe/Burandt unanimous to set the next Annual Regional Rail Authority Meeting for January 4th, 2022.

At 9:27am the Chair adjourned the Regional Rail Authority Meeting.
