AMENDMENT to the Sherburne County Zoning Map to Rezone the following described property from an Agricultural to General Rural as requested by Justin Massmann.
Legal Description: The East 400 feet, as measured at right angles, of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 36, Township 33, Range 27, Sherburne County, Minnesota. Subject to that part taken for County Road No. 30, as described in Parcel 41 of Sherburne County Right-of-Way Plat No. 45.

This provision was passed by the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners on the 15th day of June, 2021. A complete copy of this Zoning Map Ordinance Amendment is available for viewing at the Sherburne County Planning and Zoning Office, 13880 Business Center Drive, Elk River, Mn, and is duly filed with the Sherburne County Auditor upon the publication of its enactment.
