HAVEN TOWNSHIP, SHERBURNE COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for bituminous paving on 64thSt. and 36thAve. & 44thAve. in Haven Township. Bids will be received by the Haven Town Board of Supervisors at the Haven Township Hall, 4230 45thAvenue SE, P.O. Box 339, St. Cloud, MN 56302-0339, until 7:00 pm on Monday February 24, 2020. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 7:15 pm the same day. Early bid submittals should be mailed to the P.O Box indicated.
General Description – Wear Course Paving
Major items of work are:
SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2,B) 833 Ton
Shoulder Base Aggregate Class 6B 175 Ton
The contract is a unit price contract and is described in detail in the Project Manual.
All work included in the contract shall be completed within 5 working days of date of commencement as stated in the Notice to Proceed or by July 3, 2020 whichever occurs first.
Project Plans and Documents
Proposal Forms, Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications as prepared by Bogart, Pederson & Associates, Inc., Civil Engineer, are on file in the office of said Engineer located at 13076 First Street, Becker, MN 55308.

Bogart, Pederson & Associates, Inc.at the address listed above for a printed copy fee of $100.00. Bid documents obtained by any other means or from any other website may result in bids being rejected due to lack of response to project addendums, if any.
The Township Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or accept an individual component thereof. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid.
