CITY OF BECKER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2020 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:
Approximately 6:00 p.m. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary and Final Plat of River Oaks Estates Second Addition. Owner and applicant, Jeff Marholz, has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit, Preliminary Plat, and Final Plat for a twelve (12) lot plat. The properties are located at 11729-11765 and 11752-11766 Kings Lane SE and legally described as: Lots 1-16, Block 4 and Lots 26-33, Block 3, River Oaks Estates, Sherburne County, Minnesota. The properties are currently zoned Residential Single Family. The proposed lot will be incorporated into the existing Planned Unit Development of River Oaks Estates as a second addition.
Following 6:00 p.m. Hearing: Public Hearing for an Easement Vacation in Energy Park Fifth Addition in the City of Becker. Vacation of that part of the existing 12 foot wide drainage and utility easement lying 6 feet on each side of the line between Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Energy Park Fifth Addition, as shown and dedicated on the recorded plat thereof, Sherburne County, Minnesota, which lies southerly of the northerly 30 feet of said Lots 1 and 2 and which lies northerly of the southerly 10 feet of said Lots 1 and 2.
Following the above Hearing: Public Hearing for a Preliminary Plat of Energy Park Seventh Addition. Owner and applicant, City of Becker, has submitted an application for a Preliminary Plat for a two-lot plat. The properties are identified as PID #60-486-0205 and #60- 486-0210.
Following the above Hearing: City Code Chapter 9 Amendment to the City of Becker Parking Regulations ordinance Chapter 9. Staff will review the proposed edit.
Following the above Hearing: City Code Chapter 11 Amendments to the City of Becker Land Use Regulation (Zoning) ordinance Chapter 11. Edits include accessory structure standards, storage and parking of recreational vehicles, trailers, and other personal recreational equipment, and other edits to outside storage standards.
