NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lynden Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 6:00 PM at the Lynden Township Hall, 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 to consider a Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Mike Fjerstad of SMA, LLC for office space at 19597 Hubble Rd, 19575 Hubble Rd, 19553 Hubble Rd, and 19531 Hubble Rd, Clearwater MN. A Conditional Use Permit is required according to Section 9.11.5V and subject to the performance standards listed in Section 6 and Section 7 of Stearns County Zoning Ordinance #439 adopted by reference as Lynden Township Ordinance #7. The subject property is 4 contiguous lots North – South: PID #19.10748.0112, 19.10748.0113, 19.10748.0114,and 19.10748.0115 described as Lot 001, Lot 002, Lot 003, Lot 004, Block 003 of Lynden Valley Industrial Park, Section 03, Township 122, Range 27.
